Students and early-career professionals often prepare for roles with fragmented tools—static resume checkers, generic question banks, and one-way practice videos that never adapt to a candidate’s background or target job. Without cohesive guidance, learners struggle to identify suitable career paths, close skill gaps, and rehearse interviews that feel like a real recruiter conversation. The product needed an end-to-end platform that combined career coaching, resume intelligence, personalized learning roadmaps, and live conversational AI interviews—including voice interaction and structured performance feedback—in one experience.
Solution
What we engineered
Designed and delivered a full AI career and interview preparation platform spanning discovery through practice and review. The system analyzes resumes to surface strengths, weaknesses, missing skills, and improvement opportunities; recommends career paths; and generates personalized learning and certification roadmaps. Mock interviews draw on the candidate’s resume and target role to produce relevant questions, while live conversational AI interviews simulate recruiter interactions with dynamic dialogue. Candidates can answer by voice, with speech pipelines powering the conversation in real time, then receive performance analysis, session history, and generated reports—tying AI reasoning, document analysis, conversational workflows, and speech technologies into one cohesive product.
